Newsletters can then be created for specific customers and datasets and sent to each email address in a matter of minutes. Actual newsletters can be customized with photos, text and links and can be archived such that users can find old and new newsletters alike.

If direct mail is still needed at certain points during the year, e-newsletters can be a great way to supplement those actual mailings with intermittent contact via email, again saving you money and allowing for a varied and consistent method of communicating with your clients.

In the same manner that you can isolate specific data sets for emailed newsletters you may also do so for direct mail campaigns.
